I forget which period. But if you’re willing to watch the footage of that scrimmage you can find it. I wasn’t as impressed as the Battle of California writer. It looked to me like King was going against a guy who had never fought before; couldn’t defend himself for his life. After a few King rights to the face, it looked like the guy got hurt (orbital bone?) and said something to the ref, who then stopped the fight. It wasn’t like King came off as a great fighter; if anything it seemed like more a misguided attempt by the Coyote guy to impress his coaches. No big whup. Rather forgettable, imho, unless you’re really really into King.
