I think going 2-1 over these last three is plenty realistic even without him, but I wouldn’t count on Richardson to pick up the slack over the course of an entire week or so.

Latest from Hammond is that it’s a bone bruise, no fracture, but it still hurts. :/

Phoenix is just set up too nicely with teams that either are out of it or don’t care anymore.  That Minnesota blown point took away the Kings’ margin of error.

So while I’m confident they’ll make it in now… I think, realistically, that it’s looking like starting on the road against Vancouver or STL since I’ll be happy with one win over the Sharks, let alone two.

Oh, and Calgary’s officially eliminated, per the NHL’s wrapup.
