I wouldn’t mind the Kings signing him under team-friendly terms, i.e., a contract that makes him easy to trade once it becomes apparent that he’s blocking a younger player with more long-term value to the franchise. But I don’t think that will be possible unless he’s willing to forgo $ and years in favor of a good chance to win the Cup.

But I would still love to have him on the team as long as he takes his performance cues from Brown, the real leader.
