When a player has “talked” with a team, can’t that just mean that his agent has contacted that team? And since LA and Vancouver are rumored to be moving Luongo and Bernier, they would be likely teams for his agent to contact?

Therefore, the possibility of Huet playing for either team could be microscopically distant and yet according to facts and speculation, make enough sense to warrant and an article like this one.

I doubt Huet signs with a team that intends to put him in the AHL. I’m sure he would stay in Europe rather than come back to that.

I’d be ok with this if they stuck him in Manchester for like half a million. Though I bet Luongo gets swapped finally and Vancouver throws 1.5 mil at him to be Schneider’s towel boy
