Martinez (or an as yet not-acquired defenseman) will replace Mitchell. Muzzin, or Hickey, or Bodnarchuk, or Drewiske, or whoever, would be playing third pair minutes with Greene. So ask yourself this: who is more able to balance Greene’s faults? I’d go with Thomas Hickey over Jake Muzzin.
